Dominique Davis serves as an Employment Navigator at Mass Liberation, where she helps system-impacted individuals overcome employment barriers and access sustainable career opportunities. She brings years of experience in reentry, workforce development, youth services, crisis response, program management, and community organizing through her work with the Young Women’s Freedom Center, Canopy Roots’ CIRCLE Hollywood Crisis Response program, and The Bail Project. Dominique has also supported statewide policy and advocacy efforts, including co-writing AB 2740 and advancing campaigns focused on decarceration and the rights of incarcerated people. As a system-impacted leader, she is passionate about ending mass incarceration, removing outdated barriers to opportunity, and helping people build lives rooted in dignity, stability, and freedom.
